Partners in Parenting is a unique family-focused mental health practice serving children and families in the Richmond metro region. We are a small, dynamic practice with a passionate group of highly trained clinicians. PIP fosters an environment of learning and collaboration. In addition to outpatient therapy and psychological evaluations, we provide specialized attachment-based services including parent-child attachment evaluations, parent groups, and attachment-based intervention with parents. Our therapists are known in the community for the high quality clinical care and comprehensive evaluations they provide, with an emphasis on working with children and parents involved with the child welfare system.

We are looking for a licensed therapist (LCP, LCSW or LPC) who is:

                 Currently licensed (or license eligible) in Virginia  

                 Experienced conducting psychological evaluations with children, adolescents, and adults (for psychologists)

                 Trained in trauma-informed and relationship-focused clinical interventions

                Interested in working as an independent contractor
